The U.S. Government Is Now Actively Shutting Down the Peptide Industry
This morning, Jay Campbell of BioLongevity Labs released a message to his affiliates that confirms exactly what I have been warning my community about for years. His words — not mine — describe the state of the peptide market as:
“The federal government… DOJ, FBI, and FDA… has decided that RUO peptide manufacturing and distribution… can no longer sell, manufacture, or distribute injectable peptides or bioregulators. Anything injectable is now toast.”
He goes on to explain why this is happening, and it’s exactly what we’ve been preparing our community to avoid:
“For the last two and a half to three years, many research companies and compounders have been selling Lilly’s and Novo Nordisk’s products — tirzepatide and semaglutide — without a license, without legal permission.”
Every company doing that, he says, is now on federal lists. The FDA looked the other way while gathering names, data, and evidence… and now, enforcement has begun.
“There are so many idiots inside the research peptide space selling God-knows-what… fake COAs… it’s the wild, wild west… and this is the government stepping in.”
What This Means for You
1. The peptide market you see promoted online has been illegal, unregulated, and dangerous.
Most of what influencers have been pushing were NOT pharmaceutical-grade molecules. Many were mislabeled, contaminated, improperly dosed, or outright counterfeit.
2. The government is stepping in because people have been harmed.
When the DOJ, FBI, and FDA activate simultaneously, it is not random — it is because real damage is being done behind the scenes.
3. The “good looking fitness influencer with a discount code” was never a medical authority.
They were financially incentivized to sell products with no safety oversight, no clinical validation, and no accountability.
And now the hammer has dropped.
