Warm up: Walk or Jog for 5 min.
Jump Squat – 1 set / 10-20 reps


Push Ups – 1 set / 15-20 reps


Walking Lunge – 1 / 10-15 (each leg)


Chair Dips – 1 set / 10-15 reps


Plank – 1 set / hold for 30-60 seconds

Cool down: Walk or Jog for 5 min.
